Conference Overview

VEINCON-2024 will be held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and will focus on how to create and manage arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) for patients who are on long-term hemodialysis. With improvements in kidney care, patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 5 are living longer, making it essential to find new ways to ensure they have reliable dialysis access.

Managing Dialysis Access in Long-Term Dialysis Survivors This year’s theme centers on the care of patients who have been on hemodialysis for many years. As these patients live longer, keeping their AV fistulas in good working order becomes more challenging. VEINCON-2024 aims to address these issues by bringing together medical experts to discuss the latest techniques and strategies for managing AVFs over the long term.
