VEINCON 2017

The inaugural VEINCON was held in Varanasi in 2017, organized by the immense efforts of the Varanasi Nephrology Society. The conference was a groundbreaking event that brought together nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and interventionists from across North India to focus on the management of AV access (AVXs). It featured a one-day live surgical workshop where five live cases were performed, including AV fistulas and complex vascular procedures. The event fostered live discussions on AVXS planning, surgical techniques, and vascular access management, establishing VEINCON as a critical platform for the exchange of expertise.
