First VEINCON

The inaugural VEINCON was held in Varanasi in 2017, organized by the immense efforts of the Varanasi Nephrology Society.

Building on the success of the first edition, VEINCON 2018 was once again held in Varanasi. The theme expanded to include complex vascular and endovascular interventions in nephrology. 

2019
VEINCON moved to Jaipur
2019

In 2019, VEINCON moved to Jaipur through a joint collaboration between the Varanasi Nephrology Society and the Jaipur Nephrology Society. This edition continued the focus on improving vascular access management, particularly in regions with limited expertise.

Multispeciality involvement (Nephrologist, Vascular surgeon, Radiologist, Plastic surgeon, urologist) in formation , care and usage of vascular access makes it necessary for the people to acquire a common platform for understanding of science of vascular access. With these goals we plan 4th conference of Vascular and Endovascular Interventions in Nephrology (VEIN).

Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT)

This year, the theme of the conference is ‘Current challenges and future prospects of RRT ‘ with special emphasis on the preventive aspect in the form of prevention of vascular access dysfunction, prevention of metabolic complications following kidney transplant and ways to increase the longevity of kidney allografts.
